Lavender Hotel Al Nahda Dubai

The hotel is a few minutes away from a mall.

The only thing going for this hotel is it's lobby. The rooms were dirty, the paint was peeling, the pillows are filthy, the bathrooms are mediocre.....I was shocked that this could ever be rated 4 stars in Dubai which is always so meticulous about it's hospitality!

Aircon don’t work & took 3 calls in 30 minutes for anyone to turn up and fix it.

the room is not well cleaned, the towel is for 1 person only, the teacups are not cleaned and the bed have hairs on it the carpet is a bit dirty with sands

When i get in room the card was not working and even the light were not working for a while which was bad

Staffs members at the front desk always find ways to make the stay pleasant by their warm welcome. Pooja , Deepak and other staffs were very welcoming.

The most part of the liking starts from the reception where you meet lovely Pooja , friendly Deepak and other front desk members. The warm welcoming will amaze anyone.

The property overall is well maintained, has couple of options for food in and around the property. It is very convenient. The rooms are also well maintained .

A clean and well maintained property that has easy access to, Tow emirates and the airport in it.(DXB-SHJ) Regardless of the comfort and facilities there’s something that makes this property unique. That Mr. Deepak has made this Hotel a home were you get a sister like Pooja and crew always make us special with the best possible service.

No service, no water and all. No response from reception side.

I did not have breakfast in my booking. The location of the hotel was also out of city area

Nothing Carpets are dirty,furniture is scratched,bathroom water is leaking,towels are not fresh,refrigerator not working,some of the lights was not turning on….The guy from reception was helpful,but the hotel is to old and smells bad

Disgusting and very poor service

The hotel has a very poor room service the staff is very lazy and they dont clean the room properly nor change linens. The bed was full of dust mites and my son was affected with it. He had patches during our long stay in this hotel. The hotel is disgusting, another family was facing the same issue with the manager and that is where i too stepped up and said the same thing. This is insane.

POOR LIGHTING & OLD BATHROOM AND BED LINEN

-Big, open space at the reception- I love the size of my bed and my room and the soft music playing in the corridor-Attentive staff-Good location if you want to be near Sharjah but still be in Dubai-there's a supermarket just across the hotel-Great value for money

-Non smoking room wasn't available at time of check in-Could hear the people talking/music late at night in the connecting room.-dirty windows (would've been nicer to see the view of the beach and sunset) but I guess it's difficult to maintain since it's a very tall building

booked the hotel for 2 days cuz my flight would reach late and I wanted to check in early morning. however they cancelled the whole booking. they later arranged another room when I arrived, but was double bed where the initial one I took was a king bedd

Hotel is nice, staff is very helpful,just the problem is space for the car parking in basement it’s very congested & less cars can be parked & outside the hotel is all RTA pay parkings.

Water heater was not working for 3 nights even we call for it to be fix on the first day. They claim it’s fix but nothing works, last day to check out. I called for trolley to get my items to the car and nobody show up after 1 hour, I later sent my brother to inform them, and still waited for 30 minutes nobody shows up, we end carrying the bags ourselves up and down to the car, $905 is total not worth the experience.
